Refunds:

All online refunds will be issued through Stripe which may take 3-5 working days depending on your bank. An email will be sent to your email which the order was placed with.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition, along with wrapping and receipt to any STAR stores within 28 days of purchase and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund. 

Please note EXIT Toys cannot be returned to us after the 14day cooling off period has passed.

You may be charged additional re-shipping cost for any exchanges made or received. If you receive the wrong order you will not be charged for additional re-shipping if you wish to have the correct items sent. STAR will not refund customers until we receive the goods back in any of our stores and have been accessed and deemed unopened or damaged by our Managers.

Please note you may not be refunded your shipping cost if you wish to refund your items once they have been delivered. All online Refunds will be processed back through Stripe or back onto the customers account. You will not be refunded instore unless purchase was made in store and customers have a valid receipt.
