Description
DAS Modelling Clay Terracotta is an air-hardening mineral-based clay designed for sculptors, educators, and creative enthusiasts. The smooth, uniform texture allows intuitive hand-shaping from broad sculptural forms to fine details with ease.
This clay hardens naturally without kiln firing in just 24 hours per centimetre of thickness. It bonds securely to wood, cardboard, and other surfaces, making it excellent for mixed-media projects. Once hardened, pieces are durable and ready to decorate with water-based paints, acrylics, or varnishes.
The formulation offers superior workability with consistent blending and a smooth finish throughout. Whether for classroom projects, professional sculpture, or creative exploration, this gluten-free 1 kg pack delivers ample material for diverse artistic applications.
